Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by following security-related procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site-specific procedures, reporting unusual activity and policy violations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following escalation and notification procedures.
• Complete accurate incident reports and daily activity logs with professional documentation.
