Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors and site personnel following policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities including interiors, grounds, parking, and perimeter.
• Monitor access activity and report unusual or security concerns per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, coordinating with contacts and emergency responders.
• Complete accurate activity reports and shift communications per requirements.
