Qualifications

• Have at least two years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as per federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and guests at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access-related concerns in a calm, professional manner and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of banking offices and surrounding areas to identify hazards or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; assist with orderly entry and exit procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain activity logs.
