Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Part Time Morning Weekends in Richmond, VA. You will protect clients across various properties, provide exceptional customer service, and support incident response with a calm and professional approach.

The role offers flexible scheduling, part-time hours on weekends, and a pay rate of $18.33 per hour. Training is available through our Shift platform to help you grow within the role.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old (21+ for armed roles).
• Background check and drug screening required by law.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants while following site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the property including interior and exterior areas.
• Monitor access points and document observations for leadership and contacts.
• Report maintenance concerns and security-related hazards observed during patrols.
