Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns calmly, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report unauthorized access or security concerns.
