Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required under federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, employees, and visitors while following security procedures.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies.
• Conduct routine patrols of the retail location, covering sales areas, entrances, parking, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report incidents per site procedures.
• Direct visitors and support store operations during emergencies.
