Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur 11:30 AM - 05:30 PM
• Fri 11:30 AM - 05:30 PM
• Sat 11:30 AM - 05:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to customers, employees, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify and report unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity for policy concerns, then document and report incidents according to site procedures.
• Assist with directing visitors, supporting store operations during emergencies, and communicating relevant information to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
