Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is a plus.
• Ability to operate a computer or tablet for reports and documentation.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following site procedures and emergency plans.
• Respond calmly to incidents and access-control concerns per site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility and surrounding areas.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document activity.
• Complete detailed security reports and communicate with site leadership.
