Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Unarmed Security Officer in Irving, TX, at a luxury retail location. You will monitor entrances, patrol floors, maintain a visible presence, and deliver exceptional customer service to guests and employees.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Background check and drug screen required.
Valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency responses at a luxury retail location.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of sales floors, stock areas, entrances, exterior walkways, and surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting suspicious behavior, policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
Respond to incidents and coordinate with store leadership and emergency responders as needed in a calm, professional manner.
Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
