Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency responses at a luxury retail location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of sales floors, stock areas, entrances, exterior walkways, and surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting suspicious behavior, policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with store leadership and emergency responders as needed in a calm, professional manner.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a luxury retail location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of sales floors, stock areas, entrances, exterior walkways, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity, reporting suspicious behavior, policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with store leadership and emergency responders as needed.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
