Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property management personnel by following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of property interiors, exteriors, parking facilities, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, documenting observations as required.
• Communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, contractors, and service personnel.
