Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors while following site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and medical emergencies calmly per established protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facility interiors and exteriors.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and documenting visitor activity.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain activity logs.
