Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facility, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in line with site requirements.
• Document observations and incidents and communicate with supervision and site contacts.
