Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with computers/tablets for email and data entry.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and follow site policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and emergencies calmly.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility, entrances, and perimeters.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and report observations to leadership and client.
• Complete required reports and coordinate with Allied Universal leadership.
