Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and others while following security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and medical emergencies calmly and according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of assigned areas (buildings, parking, entrances and perimeter) to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report hazards, policy violations, or unusual conditions to site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
• Prepare accurate activity, incident, and shift reports per site-specific requirements.
