Qualifications

• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and others while following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and medical emergencies calmly and according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report hazards or policy violations to site personnel and leadership.
• Prepare accurate activity, incident, and shift reports per site requirements.
