Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, vendors, and staff by following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the property and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions or violations to leadership.
• Document patrols and incidents and communicate information to site contacts.
