Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, employees, and vendors at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and delivery activity per site policies; report unusual conditions or unauthorized access attempts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; notify appropriate personnel and document actions.
• Prepare accurate activity reports and incident documentation for site management and Allied Universal leadership.
