Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Enhanced Part Time Unarmed in Portland, TX to provide dependable, flexible coverage at a designated site. The role offers fixed shifts with opportunities to pick up extra hours through the scheduling platform.

You will monitor access, conduct patrols, and respond to incidents while maintaining high professional standards and customer service across site personnel and visitors. The position starts at $15.60 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Guard Card/License preferred but not required.
• Candidates will be subject to background checks and drug screening where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and contractors while following security procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities, access points, and parking areas.
• Monitor restricted areas and verify credentials as directed.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify appropriate contacts and emergency personnel.
• Complete activity reports and shift communications per site requirements.
