• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow site-specific policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management per site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, and entrances.
• Monitor access points and observe activity per procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document actions for supervision.
• Complete daily and incident reports and communicate to supervision.
