Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Part Time Enhanced in Concord, MA to provide unarmed security, patron and staff assistance, and incident response in a healthcare setting. The position offers fixed anchor shifts with the option to claim additional shifts through our scheduling platform to boost earnings.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR certification (preferred), and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Provide courteous customer service and assist patients, visitors, staff as needed.
• Demonstrate situational awareness and ability to de-escalate when appropriate.
• Be prepared to respond to emergencies following site protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and other individuals by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established facility protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, surrounding grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, patient, and staff activity in accordance with site policies, providing directions and assistance as needed.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.
