Job summary

Allied Universal in Albuquerque seeks an armed security guard to patrol and monitor government facilities on a part-time schedule.

You will provide customer service to visitors and staff, respond to incidents, document events, and coordinate with law enforcement when needed. A valid armed guard license, 21+ years old, and a high school diploma are required; background checks and drug screening apply.

Qualifications

• Armed Guard Card/License required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screening as per law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public at a government location per post orders.
• Conduct armed patrols of government buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Monitor access points, verify entry, and report suspicious activity or policy violations.
• Prepare incident reports and coordinate with law enforcement when needed.
