Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required under applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access to the financial institution location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and report irregularities in accordance with site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation, including observations related to facility access, suspicious activity, and security-related concerns.
