Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors and staff.
• Respond to incidents and medical emergencies calmly.
• Conduct regular/unarmed patrols of the facility and grounds.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures.
• Document incidents and patrols accurately for leadership.
