Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors while following security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access to the financial institution location, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and report irregularities.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas and deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner and document observations.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation.
