Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors and employees at a financial institution by following site policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of banking areas and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting concerns to management.
• Document incidents and daily activities accurately and communicate information to site leadership.
