Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, issue visitor badges, and control entry records.
• Observe inbound/outbound vehicle traffic and coordinate with receiving/shipping personnel as directed.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document events per site procedures.
• Conduct patrols of access points, loading areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
