A valid driver’s license is required.
Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner per site procedures.
Conduct routine patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, and perimeter.
Monitor access points and deter unauthorized access and theft-related activity.
Document observations and incidents, communicating details to leadership and site contacts.
