The position requires a valid driver’s license and a night schedule with set shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation may be required.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors while carrying out security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location.
• Monitor access points and observe activity for unusual conditions.
• Document incidents and assist with maintaining an orderly retail environment.
