Job summary

Allied Universal, Johnstown, OH, is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver Fleet Readiness to protect clients across Retail/Malls and other sites. You will conduct unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence, and deliver excellent customer service while following site procedures.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, 18+ (21+ for armed roles), a high school diploma, a background check, and a drug screen where permitted by law.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Age: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide unarmed patrols throughout the site, maintaining a visible presence.
• Deliver customer service to clients, employees, shoppers, and visitors.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner per site procedures.
• Assist with access control and maintaining a visible security presence.
• Observe and report unusual activity or hazards to deter theft and unauthorized activity.
