Qualifications

• Customer-focused security professional with calm and professional demeanor.
• Experience in armed patrols and incident response per site procedures.
• Must pass background check and drug screen; Act 235-certified where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including situations involving armed patrol responsibilities.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor for unusual activity, report observations and incidents according to site procedures, and help to deter unauthorized access.
• Maintain required documentation and communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and responding emergency services.
