Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility and perimeter to identify and report unusual activity.
• Verify credentials and monitor access, documenting visitor activity and reporting unauthorized access.
