Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required by policy.
• CPR/First Aid is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Respond to incidents and service requests in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of buildings, parking areas, and entrances to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and document observations in required reports.
• Maintain a professional presence in a dynamic corporate environment.
