Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer (Part Time, Unarmed) for a roving patrol at our technology data center in Lancaster, OH. A valid driver’s license is required to operate vehicles as part of duties. You’ll provide security, deter incidents, and deliver excellent customer service.

The role offers flexible DayTime and Evening shifts with pay at $21.79 per hour and opportunities to grow within a dynamic, supportive team.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• 18+ minimum age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and vendors at a technology data center following site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access-control concerns calmly and with established protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of interior/exterior areas and perimeters to identify suspicious activity.
• Monitor and document access, deliveries, and events per site procedures.
• Communicate clearly with site personnel and follow post orders and security protocols.
