Job summary

Allied Universal in Lancaster, OH is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Driver Roving Patrol to protect a technology data center. The role offers flexible weekend hours and opportunities to work with a dynamic team.

You will provide customer service, perform patrols, monitor access, and respond to incidents while maintaining security procedures. A valid driver's license and HS diploma are required.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background checks and a drug screen may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and/or vendors per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the data center campus and surrounding areas.
• Monitor and document access activity, deliveries, and other security events.
• Communicate clearly with site personnel and follow post orders and protocols.
