As part of a flexible schedule, you will perform unarmed patrols, monitor access points, and respond to incidents per site procedures. The role emphasizes customer service, safety, and teamwork within Allied Universal’s caring culture.

Qualifications

• Two years of security-related experience required.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply; valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, staff, and visitors through security procedures and campus policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, walkways, parking locations and perimeter.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and notify campus personnel as directed.
• Monitor access points and document patrols and daily activities per site requirements.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly campus by directing people and reporting concerns.
