Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and utility operations personnel by carrying out site-specific security procedures and access protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, buildings, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as required, and maintain logs and incident reports.
• Observe and report conditions that may impact facility operations following site procedures.
