Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• State/county/city security license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles if applicable.
• Background check and drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and staff by following site procedures and access-control practices.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and concerns calmly and document observations according to site procedures.
• Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols of the property to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, report suspicious activity and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a professional presence and help create a welcoming environment for occupants and visitors.
