Allied Universal in Sturgis, MI is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Mobile Patrol Driver. The role offers fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings, and is based at a healthcare location with a Friday night shift from 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM.

Pay rate is $18.04 per hour. This position provides part-time hours with potential to scale to up to 40 hours per week, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth within the industry

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Valid driver’s license required per policy.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and contractors while following site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, access points, and perimeter.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and in accordance with site procedures.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials, and maintain logs and incident documentation.
• Communicate hazards and security concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
