Qualifications

• 1–3 years of clinical ultrasound experience required
• 2–4 years of clinical ultrasound experience preferred
• ARDMS or ARRT Sonography certification or registry eligible required
• BCLS within 7 days of employment required
• Associate degree required

Responsibilities

• Performs ultrasound procedures independently, adhering to department protocols.
• Verifies patient identification and ensures orders are appropriate before imaging.
• Documents imaging procedures and patient information in the EHR and scans in PACS.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work environment; ensures safety and infection control.
• Responsible for patient care, safety, and comfort during imaging procedures.
