Job summary

The Town of Windsor, CT, Wilson Branch Library is seeking a knowledgeable, tech-savvy part-time Tutoring Coordinator to support children and families through educational enrichment. The role runs weekday afternoons, Oct–May, in the children's room at the library.

You will recruit and train volunteers, schedule sessions, develop promotional materials, track attendance, and assist with program purchases and donor solicitation. Strong tech skills and organizational abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Recommend instructional materials and supplies for purchase.
• Solicit donations to support program needs.
• Respond to concerns and provide strategies for issue resolution and participant engagement.
• Monitor tutoring sessions during program hours and conduct end-of-year closure interviews with volunteers and participants.
• Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned.
