Catapult Learning is seeking a Part-Time Tutor in Lebanon, CT to support reading, math, and writing. You will diagnose needs, coordinate with schools, and report progress to parents. The role emphasizes mentoring students and using Company curricula within provided materials.

We offer professional development, ongoing leadership support, and curated toolkits to help you deliver effective lessons in school settings, year-round or during summer sessions.

Qualificações

• Non-licensed tutors: associate degree or 48 semester hours / 72 quarter hours.
• Licensed tutors: CT-licensed teachers.
• Must pass FBI/BCI background check.
• Teaching experience preferred.
• Belief that all children can learn.
• Ability to navigate online platforms for records and communication.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose learning skill deficits and deliver prescribed methods.
• Consult with school personnel to coordinate services.
• Communicate progress with parents and document outcomes.
• Deliver instructional delivery methods as directed by the Company.
• Attend training and implement designated models in readiness, reading, math, and/or writing.
• Develop and maintain individualized lesson plans.
• Supervise students during sessions and ensure safety.
• Maintain student files per Company and regulatory requirements.
• Attend meetings with supervisors, teachers, principals, and parents.
• Maintain inventory of educational materials.
