Job summary

Catapult Learning is hiring a part-time Tutor in Baltimore, MD to provide contracted instruction in reading, mathematics, and writing. This role supports students during the school day, with a flexible schedule of 20 hours per week.

The tutor will diagnose skill deficits, coordinate with school staff, and communicate student progress to parents, delivering Company-prescribed instructional methods and maintaining lesson plans and records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Teaching or tutoring experience preferred.
• Tutors must complete an FBI/BCI background check.
• Teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose learning skill deficits and deliver prescribed instructional methods.
• Consult with school personnel to coordinate student services.
• Communicate progress with parents and guardians.
• Deliver instructional delivery methods as determined by the Company.
• Attend training sessions and implement designated instructional models.
