NIC Global Manufacturing Solutions in Gallatin, TN is seeking a Turret Punch Press Operator for a part-time, second shift position. The role involves setting up and operating an Amada turret punch press and producing parts to customer drawings with attention to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading tooling, loading blanks, running parts per drawings, deburring during production, and performing secondary operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Good math skills and understanding of measurements and fractions are a plus.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Blueprint reading skills are desired, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Sets up and operates Amada turret punch press.
• Loads/unloads tools, loads blanks, secures blanks, operates machine control, maintains machine, runs parts per drawing, deburrs parts in production, and performs secondary operations on punched parts.
