Job summary

Anchor Fabrication, LLC, a precision metal fabrication company located in La Vergne, Tennessee, is seeking experienced Press and Punch Operators for the 2nd shift. The position offers 1st shift availability with 6am-2:30pm schedule and pays $17.50–$20.00 per hour.

Location is in La Vergne, TN 37086. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off. High school or equivalent required; technical school experience a plus. Manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in metal fabrication industries preferred.
• Punch & press operation experience preferred.
• Must read blueprints.
• Good math skills required.
• GD&T knowledge preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate punch and press operations to produce quality parts.
• Read blueprints and perform first/last piece inspection.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and coordinate with maintenance for major issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Overtime or different shift may be required.
