Job summary

TAPP Workforce Solutions is seeking a Turret Punch Press Operator for the 2nd shift in El Paso, TX, to set up and run turret punch press equipment from work orders and specifications, ensuring quality from start to finish. You’ll inspect material, measure with handheld tools, record production data, and help train teammates as you prove your reliability in a fast-paced, onsite manufacturing environment.

This role offers Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, with optional weekend overtime, and a pay

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 to 2 years of machine operation experience.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Basic math skills.
• Experience using handheld measuring tools.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• A strong safety mindset.
• Turret punch press experience is preferred.
• Forklift experience or certification is preferred.
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred, ideally in the metals industry.
• Basic computer skills are preferred.

Turret Punch Press Operator | 2nd Shift | Monday to Friday

Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with weekend overtime only if you want it.

Pay rate: $20.65/hr

You’ll set up and operate turret punch press equipment from work orders and specifications, inspect material before it runs, and check your work with measuring tools to make sure every part meets spec. It’s skilled, focused work where your precision directly affects on-time delivery for customers.

• Compensation is competitive and will be discussed during the screening process.
• Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Weekend overtime is available on a voluntary basis.
• Work model: Onsite.
• Pay rate: $20.65/hr
