Job summary

Ōnin Staffing is seeking a reliable Punch & Press Operator to set up and run press operations in a production environment in La Vergne, TN. The role emphasizes quality parts, blueprint reading, and timely inspections.

You will conduct maintenance tasks, troubleshoot minor issues, and coordinate with Maintenance on major repairs while maintaining safety and cleanliness on the shop floor. Overtime or shift changes may be required. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in metal fabrication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate all Punch & Press operations to produce quality parts.
• Conduct preventative maintenance as scheduled.
• Read blueprints and perform first/last piece inspection.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor issues; coordinate with Maintenance on major issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• May work overtime or a different shift as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
