Job summary

Allied Universal in Texas is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer to provide client services at a utilities location. You will carry out security procedures, patrol grounds, monitor access, and respond to incidents.

The role requires a TWIC, a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass background and drug screening. Shifts: Tue 1–9 PM and Sun 5 AM–1 PM; $14.50/hour with access to retirement savings and perks.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service and security coverage at a utilities site.
• Meet minimum requirements: TWIC, valid driver's license, guard card preferred.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles, if applicable.
• Background check and drug screening will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Carry out security procedures and site policies, assist in emergencies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols and monitor access points.
• Verify visitor/contractor authorization and document incidents.
• Respond calmly to incidents and maintain shift logs.
