Job summary

The Key Program, Inc. is seeking part-time master-level licensed clinicians (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, PsyD, or equivalent) to join Unlocking Hope Outpatient Counseling Services in Providence, RI.

This fee-for-service position serves children, adolescents, and families, with a focus on trauma-informed, client-centered care. Compensation is $42-$47 per hour, with excellent supervision, supportive collaboration, and a workplace culture that emphasizes growth and well-being.

Qualifications

• Active clinical license in RI.
• Experience working with children, adolescents and families who have experienced trauma.
• Outpatient mental health experience preferred.
• Strong commitment to client-centered, trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family sessions on a fee-for-service basis.
• Serve children, adolescents and families; ages 4-19.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions and telehealth when appropriate.
