The role requires an associate degree or higher, a year of customer service or related experience, and a valid driver's license. Occasional travel and flexible hours are possible.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher and at least one year of experience in customer service, telephone-based support, survey administration, or a related field.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Responsabilités

• Outreach and Promotion: Represents the Find-A-Ride program at professional conferences, community outreach events, and consumer-focused activities throughout Florida.
• Team Collaboration: Participates in program meetings and provides updates to the Program Coordinator and PI on inquiries, outreach, and data maintenance.
• Data Management and Quality Assurance: Conducts annual reviews of transportation providers and keeps records up to date, ensuring data accuracy.
• Administrative Support: Maintains professional communication with customers and partners and prepares concise summaries of interactions for program tracking.
